Gallup studied many successful builders to understand how they start, sustain and grow successful companies. As a result of this research, Gallup identified the 10 talents successful business builders.

Building on the research of CliftonStrengths, Gallup designed the Builder Profile 10 (BP10) assessment to help people discover and develop their business-building talents.

The BP10 assessment has various applications. It is designed for people who want to discover and develop their builder talents in order to help them:

• Launch a new business
• Accelerate the growth of an existing business
• Drive new initiatives inside an organization

Who Should Attend

This program is intended for individuals who have completed their BP 10 assessment and who want to discover, develop and direct their builder talents.

What You Can Expect

During this course, participants gain a clearer path to builder success. Participants discover their top builder talents as well as strategies and techniques to develop them and manage their lesser dominant builder talents.

During course, the participants will:
